What is FabLab?
FabLab is a community workshop equipped with digital fabrication tools such as 3D printers and laser cutters.
Conceived by MIT Professor Neil Gershenfeld in 2002, there are now over 2,000 FabLabs operating in more than 100 countries worldwide.
It's a global network where individuals can freely access tools to make "almost anything."

With digital fabrication tools, you can create almost anything you can imagine. From prototypes to finished products.

About FabLab Westharima
Creative Hub in Westharima
FabLab Westharima was established in March 2017 in Sayo-cho, Hyogo Prefecture.
Operated by Digiko LLC with the cooperation of the local community, we operate in a room of a closed elementary school. It's a place where anyone can experience digital fabrication and build community through making.
From 2025, we are registered as a Fab Academy Node, providing MIT-originated digital fabrication education programs.
Established in 2017
Started as a community making hub in Sayo-cho, Hyogo Prefecture.

Dedicated to spreading digital fabrication and revitalizing the local community.
