Q. Which plan should I choose?

A.

  • Minimum Plan: For those who visit about once a month and prefer self-study with independent research
  • Standard Plan: For those who visit twice or more per month and want to improve skills with staff support (Most popular!)
  • Max Plan: For serious makers who visit weekly and want to master advanced techniques

If you're unsure, we recommend the Standard Plan.

Q. Is it okay for beginners?

A. Yes, complete beginners are very welcome! Our staff will provide thorough support, so you can participate with confidence.

💰 Pricing & Payment

Q. Are estimates free?

A. Basic estimates are free. However, if prototyping or sample creation is required, there may be additional charges.

Q. Do I get a discount if I join after the trial?

A. The trial fee does not count toward the registration fee, but members who join after a trial can start using the facility more smoothly because the initial equipment training proceeds efficiently.

Q. Which seminars require material costs?

A. Seminars with hands-on practice require separate material costs. Each seminar page clearly states this, so please check before applying. Digital tool seminars (Inkscape, Canva, etc.) do not require material costs.

Q. Do prices include taxes?

A. It depends on the type of service or product.

【Facility Usage, Seminars, and Physical Goods】

All displayed prices are tax-included (Japanese consumption tax 10%). No additional charges at checkout.

【Digital Products & Software】(In Preparation)

Displayed prices are tax-excluded. Applicable taxes will be automatically added at checkout based on your country/region.

Example: Digital data at $10

  • Japan: approx. ¥1,650 (incl. 10% consumption tax)
  • EU: €11.70-12.70 (incl. 17-27% VAT)
  • USA: $10.00-11.00 (incl. 0-10% sales tax)

※ Please confirm the final price on the payment screen.

Q. Why are only digital products displayed tax-excluded?

A. Because digital products are sold internationally, tax rates vary significantly by country/region (Japan 10%, EU 17-27%, USA 0-10%, etc.).

Therefore, we display tax-excluded prices and automatically calculate and add taxes at checkout based on each country's tax system.

Our payment system FastSpring supports tax systems worldwide and handles automatic VAT calculation and tax remittance.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my booking?

A. Yes, you can. After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the subject "Digico Shop has accepted your booking."

This email contains a link for "Modify or Cancel Booking" - please use that link to make changes.
