A 3D printed smartphone stand designed for desk work. It supports both portrait and landscape orientations and includes a cable passthrough for charging.

Build Process

1. 3D Modeling

  • Create basic shape in Fusion 360
  • Adjust to phone dimensions
  • Position cable hole appropriately
  • Optimize orientation to minimize supports

2. Slicing Settings

  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Infill: 20%
  • Supports: None needed
  • Print time: Approximately 4 hours

3. 3D Printing

  • Material: PLA (White)
  • Print temperature: 200°C
  • Bed temperature: 60°C

4. Post-Processing

  • Remove supports (none needed)
  • Smooth surface with sandpaper
  • Apply anti-slip pads to bottom
